WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Through our design and production process, we try to ensure your personalized gift is correct. If there is an error on our part we will correct the matter by replacing your item at no charge; however, if the error is from information provided we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Currently, we do not sell gift cards however this will be something in the future, so please come back to see.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards through Wix. We also accept PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and cash (local only). If you are a Navy Federal or USAA member we can arrange for a transfer as well. We do not accept checks or money orders.

WHAT IS YOUR FULFILLMENT TIMEFRAME?

Most orders, one to 10 items, are fulfilled within 7-10 calendar days based on stock availability. With larger orders, we appreciate a 14-day lead time. If this is not available we do work to get those larger orders in our production line however, a nominal fee may be added.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

For all orders, unless specifically requested, we use United Parcel Service (UPS) within the United States. For our customers abroad we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and for those with APO/FPO addresses, we use USPS.

Again most orders, 1-10 items, are fulfilled within 7-10 days. 

ARE YOU A REGISTERED BUSINESS?

Yes, we are registered with the Commonwealth of Virginia and with New Kent County. We understand there are many "pop-up" shops and boutiques that may or may not be registered with their state and or local municipality. We take pride in being a part of our community.
