What You Need to Know

For all orders, unless specifically requested, we use United Parcel Service (UPS) within the United States. For our customers abroad we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and for those with APO/FPO addresses, we use USPS.

Again most orders, 1-10 items, are fulfilled within 7-10 days. 

If you are local to the Hampton Roads or Greater Richmond, VA (RVA) area, we offer free delivery.

The Small Print

Through our design and production process, we try to ensure your personalized gift is correct. If there is an error on our part we will correct the matter by replacing your item at no charge; however, if the error is from information provided we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

At Anchor &n Lighthouse Boutique we understand the need for privacy. We do not sell data. When payment is processed, the company processing payment may retain information for their records i.e. Wix, PayPal, Venmo, and so on. 

We also understand the need for privacy on social media. Some of our customers are not allowed to have names associated with where they work or their graphics on social media. We also have customers who chose not to partake in social media, we understand. If you choose not to have your gift on social media for any reason, please email us and let us know. Throughout the process, we will confirm too.

Our service allows you to obtain images and place them on products like but not limited to tumblers, glasses, ceramic mugs, and wooden plaques. You are responsible for the use permission of those graphics.
